Product Description
The Dragon Eel is a very aggressive eel. Due to it's aggressive nature it is difficult to keep it with smaller fish and other eels. It is best kept with other larger predatory fish, such as Triggers, Snappers, Hawkfish, and Lionfishes.
Although aggressive it is also very shy. It is normal for it to hide at first, and you may not see it very often, but once it gets comfortable it will usually stick its head out of its hiding place.
If it becomes comfortable with its surroundings it may even lay out in the open in full view. Be careful as it is an escape artist that is known to getting out of aquariums without covers.
