Shipping within the United States

Up to $199.99 => $69.99 flat rate shipping
$200 - $499.99 => $39.99 flat rate shipping
$500 and above => enjoy FREE shipping

Because of the nature of shipping live fish direct from Hawaii, we only ship using FedEx Standard Overnight. Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 1-2 business days for shipping.

International Shipping

Due to varying customs regulations to international destinations, we currently do not support international shipping on our website. However, if you would like to place a special order, please contact us directly.

Availability

In the interest of meeting your schedule, if 70% of your order is in stock, it will be shipped. Any missing items or substitutions will be marked on your order and your total will be adjusted accordingly. If you would prefer to be contacted if we are missing items, please let us know when placing your order in the comment field. However, this may delay your order. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot backorder live animals.

Shipping

We ship nationwide year-round via FedEx. Packages will be shipped to your local FedEx office for pick up in order to reduce the stress placed on the animals during shipping. Packages held at FedEx for pick up are generally available in the morning in most areas.

  1. Please find the closest FedEx location based on your billing address by inputting your address at www.fedex.com. We are unable to locate a hold facility address for you.
  2. Contact the Hold Facility to make any necessary arrangements. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the receiver.
  3. Please note "Hold for Pickup at FedEx" and enter the street address of the FedEx Customer Care Center of your choice in the Shipping Address field. A separate Billing Address field will be provided on the second page of the checkout process.

Signature Required

FedEx generally requires a signature for delivery. You or someone authorized by you, must sign for the shipment.

Arrive Alive Guarantee

Under the following circumstances we will not be able to honor our warranty:

  1. Orders not received on the first delivery attempt.
  2. Orders not picked up within two hours of opening of the FedEx facility.
  3. Orders not held for pick up at the FedEx facility when temperatures are greater than 90 degrees or lower than 40 degrees.

Late Packages

If a shipment arrives late, you may request a refund of shipping charges (minus a $10 box charge) by sending an email to customercare@sealifedirect.com. Please provide your name, order number and a description of any damage to the shipping box if applicable.

Tracking Orders

A Tracking Number will be emailed to you the evening before your delivery day. You may track your order at www.fedex.com or call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).
